Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. This Return and Refund Policy has been created with the help of the Return and Refund Policy Generator.

- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Silber’s Fine Jewelry, accessible from https://silbersfine.jewelry
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason.
The deadline for canceling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you appointed (other than the carrier) takes possession of the product.
To exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision via a clear statement. You can contact us by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method You used for the Order. You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
- The Goods were purchased within the last 30 days
- The Goods are in original condition and packaging
- No damage, tampering, or replacement attempts (especially diamond removal or inlay modifications)
The following items cannot be returned:
- Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized
- Goods that deteriorate quickly or are past their expiry date (e.g., lab-grown diamond jewelry – returnable only if the wrong product was received or it was delivered damaged)
- Goods unsealed after delivery for health/hygiene reasons
- Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions above.
Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable unless local law requires otherwise.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Return items to the following address:

Returns by appointment only
We are not responsible for returned Goods that are lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift credit for the return value. Once we receive the item, we will email you a gift certificate.
If the Goods were not marked as a gift or were sent to the gift giver’s address, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser.
Additional Refund and Return Guidelines
- You have 14 days from delivery to initiate a return (unless otherwise stated above).
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within up to 30 days.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are possible for size, color, or other variants. Please email us to request an exchange and receive further instructions.
Non-Refundable Items
- Personalized/custom-made items
- Lab-grown diamond jewelry (except in cases of damage or incorrect item)
Shipping Costs
- The customer bears return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- In such cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Report any damaged/defective items within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Email photos and your order number to Silbersfinejewelry@gmail.com.
- We will offer a replacement or full refund based on the situation.
